Terms of use

Plain-English rules for using this website and its free tools. By using the site you agree to them.

Last updated: 2026-10-19

1. Who we are

PhoneCaseInserts (phonecaseinserts.com) is a free, non-commercial project run by Matt Warcholinski, a private individual based in Poland. It is not a company. Contact: hello@phonecaseinserts.com.

2. The service

The site lets you make printable paper inserts for clear phone and tablet cases. It is free, needs no account and runs mainly in your browser. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

3. Designs, templates and coloring pages

4. Your photos and content

5. Fit and printing

Templates are based on manufacturers’ published dimensions. Clear cases differ by brand, and printers can scale pages, so we cannot promise a perfect fit for every case. Always check the ruler on the sheet before cutting. Use scissors and craft knives carefully; adults should do knife work for children.

6. Brands

iPhone, iPad and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc. Galaxy is a trademark of Samsung. Pixel is a trademark of Google LLC. Other product names belong to their owners. We use them only to say which device a template fits. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

7. Features that are not live yet

Some buttons preview features we are considering, such as AI styles and printed cases or stickers. Clicking “I’d buy this” or “Notify me” does not create an order or any obligation, and you are never charged. If we launch paid features, they will have their own terms and prices shown before you pay.

8. No warranty and liability

The site is provided free and “as is”. We are not liable for paper, ink, cases or devices damaged while using an insert, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you use the site as a consumer, you also keep any protection the law of the country where you live gives you.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
